Concerned that this is held at a club known for being 18 and up?
It is true that this club is known for being, well... a club. Some may even argue that it's illegal to hold something for all ages at a place like this. But we have talked to the owners of the building, as well as referred to the alcohol laws of the state. We have had one prom in late June, and another Winter ball in December, they were both a huge success! We have plenty of adults there to control the crowd as well as volunteers and experienced security.
Know that there will be no Alcohol available, and zero tolerance for any type of intoxication.
Dress code will be around school dance regulations, so everyone will feel comfortable and safe.
Food and drink will be there for purchase, for those who need it, and there is a gas station across the street.
Area 51 is a very family friendly place before clubbing hours, safe for everyone. (though children under 14 will not be permitted without a paying adult.)

- Head south on S 600 W towards 400 S Frontage
- Turn left onto 400 S Frontage
- Turn right onto S 500 W
- Turn left onto W University Blvd
- Turn right onto S 400 W
- Area 51 will be on the left
If coming from I-80
- Get off on the 5th south exit
- turn North on 400 West.
- Continue north on 400 West until you arrive at 451 south.
- The building and large parking lot are on the east side (east of the back of Maverick’s parking lot).
